TERMS OF SERVICE.
Payment.
- Payment in advance via Paypal using EUR € as currency. A payment request will be sent to the e-mail you have provided.- The commission will not be delivered until the entire payment is made.- Commissions cannot be returned or refunded once the sketch has passed the client's approval.- If there're no reference images or you'd like me to design from a description or collage of images, a design fee will be applied.- The final price of the commission can vary depending on the number of characters, background, difficulty, etc. Please check "Commissions info" for more information.
How I work?
I accept request from Twitter DM's and via Google form.I usually approve any type of commission that is proposed to me, but there are some things you should keep in mind if you want to commission me:- I have no problem doing hard gore or NSFW but that would not be uploaded to my Twitter, for the moment.
- I will never draw lolis or anything that has to do with pedophilia.-Using my work to feed AI image generators is strictly prohibited, and will be reported
Modifications.
All major modifications will be made through the first stage of development, once the sketch is shown to the client. The drawing will not be shown again until it is complete and minor changes will be accepted once the part is nearing completion.
Copyright and uses.
You as the Client
Provided that you credit and link to me, you can use my art in the following way:May post the work to your own website/social media, with credit and link to my twitter @akanelogics.Crop and resize for any social media use.Print for personal use in any way.You can't trace, recolor, copy or claim the artwork as your own, nor remove my signature or watermark.You agree to use my work exclusively for personal non-profit use.
Me as the Artist
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.I retain copyright over the artwork.I can publish the commission to post my work in any form and mantain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. But I won't post pieces upon request.I will not profit further from the commissioned work.
